Once this has been received by our warehouse team, we will process your refund.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. 

A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a pickup or redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.

If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for and/or delivered. 

US customers:

Once your parcel arrives in the United States it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery.

Please remember to check your tracking regularly. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Parcels are typically held for up to two weeks before being returned to the sender.

Kindly note that we are unable to reship items returned to sender, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address being listed when you placed your order, or if your parcel was not picked up from the post office after being held there for the maximum period of time, the total shipping fee incurred for your order will be deducted from your refund.

We do not reship parcels that have been returned to sender.
