All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse in Sydney. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and delivered on working days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. 

A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a pickup or redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.

If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for and/or delivered. 

US customers:

Once your parcel arrives in the United States it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery.

To track your parcel with USPS, please enter your original tracking number on the USPS tracking page:

Please remember to check your tracking regularly. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Parcels are typically held for up to two weeks before being returned to the sender.

Kindly note that we are unable to reship items returned to sender, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, or if your parcel wasn’t collected from the post office in time, we will automatically process a refund (minus shipping costs).

Please note, refunds are processed as soon as the parcel is received back at our warehouse unless you contact us before the parcel is returned.

We do not reship returned parcels. If you’d still like your items, you’re welcome to place a new order once your refund has been issued.
